Refund policy

We take great care to make sure all the items we sell are in excellent condition and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find the clothes don’t fit or weren’t as you expected, we gladly accept returns provided:

• The items are returned to us in their original condition within 10 days of receipt.
• The items sold as ‘Never worn’ or ‘Brand new’ are returned with the tag intact and are still new, unworn and unwashed.

You can choose between a refund via direct EFT or a credit note to shop with us, which is valid as soon as we receive your returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Sale items are not eligible for returns.
