What is The Little Fox Club?
The Little Fox Club is our monthly pre-loved clothing subscription for little ones from Newborn to 24 Months. Each month, we select 5–6 beautiful pre-loved pieces based on your little one’s age, size and stage, and deliver their Little Fox Box straight to your door.
How much does The Little Fox Club cost?
The subscription is R399 per month, with delivery included.
How many clothing pieces will I receive?
Each Little Fox Club subscription box contains 5–6 high-quality, excellent-condition pre-loved clothing pieces.
Can I choose the clothes in my box?
No, that’s part of the Little Fox Box experience! You choose Boys or Girls and the correct clothing size, and we do the choosing for you. Each box is unique and selected according to the beautiful pre-loved stock we have available.
Can I request specific brands, colours or styles?
We can't guarantee specific brands, colours, styles or clothing items as every box is based on available pre-loved stock.
What happens when my little one moves up a size?
We know how quickly little ones grow! For Little Fox Club members, we keep track of your little one’s age, current size and previous boxes. Simply let us know when they move up a size so we can update their details for their next box.
When will my box be delivered?
Little Fox Club subscription boxes are delivered around the 25th of each month.
Once-off Little Fox Boxes are processed and sent according to our standard order fulfilment times.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is included in the R399 monthly Little Fox Club subscription.
For once-off Little Fox Boxes and other items purchased from our website, our standard R100 delivery fee applies.
Is this a recurring subscription?
Yes. The Little Fox Club is a R399 monthly recurring subscription. Your payment will recur each month until your subscription is cancelled in accordance with our subscription terms.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your Little Fox Club subscription. We require 1 month’s notice for all cancellations. Your subscription will remain active during the notice period, and your final payment and box will be processed accordingly.
Can I buy just one box without subscribing?
Yes! 🦊 Our Little Fox Box is available for R399 once-off, excluding delivery.
Simply choose Boys or Girls and their current size. We’ll select 5–6 beautiful pre-loved pieces for them.
Once-off boxes are available from Newborn to 7–8 Years, with no subscription commitment.
Payments & Returns
How can I pay?
EFT, SnapScan, Credits Card, Debit Card, you name it.
All card payments are done via PayFast, South Africa’s secure payment gateway.

You will have 2 days to make the payment and send us the POP. After this time the order will automatically be cancelled and the items will be available to other customers again.
Can I return my Little Fox Box?
As each Little Fox Box is selected for your little one, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, style, colour or brand.
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrectly sized or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your box with photos so our team can assist.
As our clothing is pre-loved, minor signs of previous wear may occasionally be present and are not considered a defect.

Little Fox Club: Delivery is included in your R399 monthly subscription.
Once-Off Little Fox Boxes & Online Orders: Standard delivery is R100 anywhere in South Africa.
Collection: Collection is also available for once-off Little Fox Boxes and other items purchased from our website. Collection Point: 269 Voortrekker Road, Monument, Krugersdorp, 1739
